the page is integrating my icon as a symbol or simplified visual qu that connotes what the background images mean. They are simplified forms of objects in a diner, and the word juxtaposed with it and the image make for a rich message that means a lot to many americans.

First there was content. I dissected it into groups. Together the groups told a story. To make the content engaging and deepen its meaning, images were collected and simple set of unique icons were developed. After dissecting and re-organizing content the system was flexible to juxtaposing any combination of components.
